The First Age of the Sun is a period of time in the history of Middle Earth and is probably the most epic and the central knot of history, the stories deal with events of this period are the first that JRR Tolkien began writing in his youth, and was still shaping, tweaking details here and there, when death overtook him. Covers a period of about 590 solar years. The most important (extension) of the Silmarillion, and gives the name, is the Quenta Silmarillion, as in Quenya, the language of the Noldor elves, meaning "The history of the Silmarils" and her stories are part owned almost entirely in the First Age.
Ages of the Trees come to an end with the destruction of the Two Trees (Telperion and Laurelin) at the hands of Morgoth and Ungoliant; will pass even a period of time to rise up in the heavens the Sun (Anar) and Moon (Isil), created from the last page and the final result and Laurelin Telperion obtained respectively in their final agony by Kementári Yavanna arts.
The border between the ages of the trees and the First Age is vague, since it can be interpreted to be located at any time between these two events, but is in agreement beginning with the first exit, either of the moon, which came first, or the Sun after seven trips to the moon in the sky.
